Open Reports need the Collect block in the course for data collection

The Open Report requires a Collect block - which collects the data.

To add the Collect block to all courses all you need to do is add it to the front page and set it to 'Display throughout entire site'.

Steps:

1. Use the main menu to navigate to 'Site home'
2. Use the main menu again to select 'Add a block'
3. Select 'Collect'
4. Click the cog on the Collect block and select 'Configure Collect block'
5. For 'Page contexts' select 'Display throughout the entire site' 
6. Save changes

All courses will then be enabled for data collection as per the block's site-wide configuration settings.
