Set up Moodle app - and push notifications

Note: change the '39' in the URL to the relevant Moodle version ie 39 is 'Moodle 3.9'

Settings to enable Mobile Push notification

01. Register your site
02. Enable web service for mobile devices. (Administration> Site administration> Plugins> Web Services> Mobile)
03. Enable External Services for “Moodle Mobile Additional Features” (Administration> Site administration> Plugins> Web Services> External services)
04. Edit the Authenticated user role and allow the capability “moodle/webservice:createtoken”
05. Enable Mobile notifications for Message output and configure(Administration> Site administration> Plugins> Message output> Manage Message output)
06. Obtain a Airnotifier access key
