Moodle allows you to let guests join your Zoom sessions without logging in.
If guest access is allowed in your course, then a Guest user can join session. So if guest access is allowed, then without logging in, you will be able to:
- Go to the URL of the course
- Click on the Zoom meeting
- Click ‘Join meeting’
- ...and you can join the meeting
If guest access is allowed, and you do NOT want to allow guest access:
- Go to your course
- Go to Administration> Course administration> Users> Enrolment methods> Guest access
- Click on ‘Show more…’
- Allow guest access = ‘No’
- ‘Save changes’
If you want to allow guest access:
- Go to your course
- Go to Administration> Course administration> Users> Enrolment methods> Guest access
- Click on ‘Show more…’
- Allow guest access = ‘Yes’
- ‘Save changes’
