Zoom - guest access

Moodle allows you to let guests join your Zoom sessions without logging in.

If guest access is allowed in your course, then a Guest user can join session. So if guest access is allowed, then without logging in, you will be able to:

1. Go to the URL of the course
2. Click on the Zoom meeting
3. Click ‘Join meeting’
4. ...and you can join the meeting

If guest access is allowed, and you do NOT want to allow guest access:

1. Go to your course
2. Go to Administration> Course administration> Users> Enrolment methods> Guest access
3. Click on ‘Show more…’
4. Allow guest access = ‘No’
5. ‘Save changes’

If you want to allow guest access:

1. Go to your course
2. Go to Administration> Course administration> Users> Enrolment methods> Guest access
3. Click on ‘Show more…’
4. Allow guest access = ‘Yes’
5. ‘Save changes’
